Tactical Emergency Casualty Care for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders (TECC-LEO) – NAEMT-certified training for patrol officers, security teams, and prepared citizens in high-threat environments.
This intense 8-hour course delivers essential medical skills under fire: rapid hemorrhage control, threat suppression, and casualty evacuation.

Learning Objectives & Key Skills:
Rapid control of life-threatening bleeding (tourniquets, wound packing)
Threat-based care phases (Direct Threat, Indirect Threat)
Rescuing and treating downed responders or civilians
Basic airway management and chest injury response
Casualty drags/carries and evacuation priorities
Course Format & Length: 8 hours – interactive lectures, skill stations, and high-fidelity patient simulations.
Certification: NAEMT TECC-LEO wallet card (valid 4 years); 8 hours CAPCE credit for eligible participants.
