Meet the Founder
Flight Paramedic | Law Enforcement | Instructor
Ryan Kensinger founded Infinite Training Solutions after more than a decade serving in roles that bridge emergency medicine, tactical operations, and real-world instructional experience. He began his EMS career in 2009 and advanced to Flight Paramedic, earning the ISBC–Flight Paramedic Certification, a national benchmark of clinical competency in high-acuity critical care transport. Later, during his transition into law enforcement, he earned the ISBC–Tactical Paramedic Certification, reflecting advanced capability in operational and high-risk trauma care.
In addition to field experience, Ryan has spent years training others. He is a certified FDLE High Liability Instructor and holds multiple instructor-level credentials. His professional development includes extensive coursework in tactical medicine, advanced trauma, firearms, patrol tactics, de-escalation, and investigative training allowing him to communicate effectively with both first responders and prepared civilians.
After teaching in a variety of traditional settings, one gap became clear: most training courses didn’t reflect the realities of actual emergencies. Long lectures, downtime, and low realism left students unprepared for the stress and chaos of critical incidents. Infinite Training Solutions was built to change that.
Ryan’s teaching philosophy emphasizes high-fidelity scenarios, hands-on repetition, and pressure-tested skills, designed to build confidence through action instead of slideshows.
Today, Ryan’s mission is simple: deliver credible, realistic training that prepares people to save lives when every second counts whether they are law enforcement, first responders, or responsible citizens who refuse to stand by helplessly.
