Ryan Kensinger
Former flight paramedic. IBSC TP-C. Street Crimes Unit deputy and instructor.
Ryan began his EMS career in 2009, became a paramedic in 2012 and holds an associate degree in Emergency Medical Services from Hillsborough Community College. He went on to fly as a flight paramedic, caring for critically ill and injured patients in the air and earning the IBSC Flight Paramedic Certification, a national benchmark of clinical competency in critical care transport.
IBSC Tactical Paramedic Certification
A specialty certification from the International Board of Specialty Certification for experienced paramedics who work in hostile and austere environments. Ryan earned it as he moved into law enforcement.
Today he is a deputy in the Street Crimes Unit and teaches trauma care to fellow deputies. He is also an FDLE High Liability Instructor, NAEMT TECC instructor and registered ACS Stop the Bleed instructor, with coursework in tactical medicine, advanced trauma, patrol tactics, de-escalation and investigations.
Teaching in traditional settings, one gap was clear: most courses didn't reflect real emergencies. Long lectures, downtime and low realism left students unprepared for the stress of a critical incident. Infinite Training Solutions was built to change that, with hands-on scenarios, repetition and pressure-tested skills instead of slideshows.
The mission is simple: credible, realistic training that prepares people to save lives when every second counts, whether they're law enforcement, first responders or citizens who refuse to stand by.
